#15 Track reading from cdplayer.ini

In the win32 executable, the xtractor does not read cdplayer.ini for
the disc info unless "Enable freedb" is checked in the "Tools"
menu. Is it possible to decouple this functionality so it doesn't try to
query freedb in order to read cdplayer.ini and populate the track
list?
