#49 FreeDB lookup fails when using Japanese CDs

CDs pressed in Japan (Western artists) will not be
correctly detected with the FreeDB database under CD-DA
X-Tractor. The error message created is the 'No matches
in CDDB database ... ' noted previously.

Unfortunately it screws up the lookup for all
subsequent CDs inserted into the drive, whether they be
pressed in Japan or not.
