Sorry but being a little lazy this time, I've installed all my packages in RPM format so, no ./configure script log... I've read somewhere that there were a special avifile for Xtheater whitch named libaviplay, so I haven't any avifile but aviplay. My version is libaviplay-0.48-1 and for this version I've read (in the same place ???) that the default location for the avi codecs was /usr/local/lib/Xtheater/win32 As I can't read any file, The problem must be more global. everything worked fine at the install time, and all the dependencies were satisfied. The libsmpeg is in /usr/lib/Xtheater Please ask me for further informations if necessary Christophe. hat did the ./configure script report asd it went? As written by Chr...@ic...
