XTAPI Alpha Release 0.03!

XTAPI the first fully functional free JTAPI implementation announces Alpha release 0.03.

This Alpha 0.03 release moves XTAPI from the Pre-Alpha stage to Alpha!

The Core and Media packages are code complete!

Here is an overview of the changes made to reach this milestone:

XTAPI:
Added IXTapiCallBack interface, this gives the serviceProvider a looser coupling to XTAPI allowing the serviceProvider code to be more readily used without the need for XTAPI.

Logging changes.

Interface change to IXTapi change getCallInfo to return a String array.

Completed media package implementation.

MSTAPI Service provider:
Updated some of the sound functions, they worked but were broken nonetheless. Completed all media functions.
