[Xswt-developer] custom namespace handler

A developer (Jan Petersen) started a mechanism for custom namespace handling, but it is not finished. Maybe, we can figure out how it will be best done to integrate this in the xswt plugin (by defining extension points). Else, I will try to change the code on my own...
