[Xss-html-filter-user] xss-html-filter-1.4 released

changelog:
 - (r30) allow $ and \ to come through properly by use Matcher.quoteReplacement(..) for all m.appendReplacement(..) calls. 
	This is ok as xss-html-filter isn't intended to capture and replace groups, just filter.
