[xSocket-develop] Update OSGi packaging and information

Hello,

Last year I provided to xsocket project a patch to add OSGi
informations, using maven-bundle-plugin.

I think I would be important to update to it as it is now in 1.4.3
version, with many bug fixes and enhancements.

I can provide new patches (xsocket 2.1.x and xlightweb 2.0 or
2.0-beta-x) if you agree with.
