#3 Client-side transformation doesn't work

I played around to find out why client-side
transformation doesn't work. A large part of the
problem is the use of document.write(), especially in
js/xform.js. The Mozilla XSLT FAQ
<http://www.mozilla.org/projects/xslt/faq.html#write>
says that document.write isn't supported during
transforms. I was able to modify one of the source
documents (select.xml) to include the other scripts
directly, which did at least display the form in the
browser, but things still weren't quite right. I am
using Firefox on Mac OS X.

Nice product, though. Keep up the good work.
