Thread: [Xsltforms-support] IE7, IE8 "Permission Denied" with replace=all and trigger/send but not submit

This bug occurs in xsltforms-295 and xsltforms-dataisland 495 and 
xsltforms-501, so it appears quite a robust bug.

With submission @method='get' and @replace='all', trigger/send fails 
with a JavaScript error "Permission Denied", but plain xf:submit works.

It fails in IE7 and IE8.  It is not affected by compatibility view 
setting in IE8.
It works in IE6, Firefox 4, and Chrome 11.
