[Xsltforms-support] custom buttons in TinyMCE 4.3.12 and XSLTForms 638

I’ve written down what I think I have learned in the last few days
about using TinyMCE from XSLTForms, in the XSLTForms wikibook:

If any readers find errors there, please fix them or tell me so I can
fix them.

The section on custom buttons may explain the changes I needed to make
in XSLTForms 638 better than my earlier mails to the XSLTForms support
list.  (Or maybe not.)
