[Xsltforms-support] How to disble the TinyMCE incremental update of the div that displays the text

Hi.

I have an xform that has TinyMCE and it works fine.  I used the example
from XSLTForms distribution that updates the <div> that displays the text
entered incrementally.  How can I disable that so that the div is only
updated after I'm done with TinyMCE?

I tried incremental=false in several places with no luck.
