[Xsltforms-support] Upload - mediatype and filename not supported

I unsuccessfully tried to use the mediatype and filename children
elements of xf:upload and got a message saying they were not
supported.

Said message was confirmed when I tried the example in the discussion
section here.

Is this by design.
