[Xsltforms-support] Chrome:Input bound to 2nd model not rendering

There are 2 groups in this. The first group is rendering ok on Chrome.

The input control in the 2nd group is not rendering at all although
the 2nd fieldset is.

 I have added a dummy attribute in the namespace just in case.
