[Xsltforms-support] Error in alert element with (at least) r534 and r528

Hello again,

I am updating xsltforms from a very old version (r362) and I have
detected that in the last versions I have tested (r534 y r528) alert
icon doesn't appear when required. I send attached an example, alert
icon should appear when nothing is selected.

It works in revision r489 (last version without data island).
