Hi, Thanks, Alain, Leigh and Bill for help and suggestions, it is very much appreciated. Alain suggested that I put a nocss instruction in options, which did the trick. So now the form loads in IE9, though it is remarkably slower than in Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
