[Xsltforms-support] events and ev:observer

Hi,

Using the latest XSLTForms from trunk, the attached test case fails. The 
expected result is that when the selection item changes, a message pops 
up. The xforms-value-changed event is fired, but never dispatched to the 
action with observer. The message does appear if the select1 and action 
are enclosed in the same group (and the ev:observer is not needed).

Is ev:observer expected to be supported in XSLTForms?
