SVG+XForms would require a very different XSLT stylesheet to emulate 
HTML form controls. Native SVG sounds necessary too, so there might be 
big problems with some browsers.

Nevertheless, I'm convince that it could be done with XSLTForms and I 
would love to do it!

Are you thinking of mobile browsers???
