As far as I can see, there is one group with ref="/ACT_INTERCONEXION_IP/TRAZADO/PPAI_IP".

But this XPath is valid both for first instance (which is missing @id) and the second one. Which one are you referring to?

 
If first instance would be implied and it would have @id='i0', the group should be
xf:group ref="instance('i0')/TRAZADO/PPAI_IP"
