[Xsltforms-support] problem with date picker and i18n

Hi

The date picker does not work if the correct language support file for
the browser language is not available. I attached the German i18n file.
If the list eats it or something miscodes the Umlaut in March (März) let
me know and I'll remail to wherever is appropriate.
