[Xsltforms-support] XForms extension for XSLTForms

Hi, 

Due to the kind nelp of Alain Couthures, we have now an extension element for xforms, which realizes an xsl transformstion. 

This extension can be downloaded from here https://sourceforge.net/project/admin/explorer.php?group_id=295393.
