You're definitely right pointing at SVGWeb. SVG is required to produce 
graphs and many Web applications are concerned.

I already have seen this project and it might be integrated with 
XSLTForms. Whether the transformation is performed at client-side or at 
server-side might determine optimization at loading step because SVG is 
now natively supported by some browsers.

Anybody interested in?
