The attached XForms file contains a submission element that posts a soap message like
<soap:Envelope>
<soap:Body>
<message/>
</soap:Body>
</soap:Envelope>
However, in the HTTP POST request generated by XSLTForms, the request body is
<Envelope xmlns="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"><Body><message></message></Body></Envelope>
This means that the namespace URI http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/ is wrongly also applied to the <message/> element. Instead, the HTTP POST request body should be
<Envelope xmlns="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"><Body><message xmlns=""></message></Body></Envelope>
