xslt-process - latest version? 1.2 or 2.0

Hello,
   I realize I am probably missing something obvious, but I am a bit 
confused on what is the current version of xslt-process. I see you r 
documentation indicate there should be a 2.0 release, but the link to it 
seems broken. I tried google, and even the geocities search engine, and 
could not find any references to xslt-process-2.0.tar.gz. Am I missing 
something obvious? rtfm?

ps: the version I have looks promising, I'm still working through some 
grokking issues though.
