#1 kCopyMailInPage is currently unused

Due to the fact that kCopyMailInPage does not implement
readmsg like features, it is not used.
We also should consider, after implementing
kCopyMailInPage again, to call it also for destmapped
the same (like msgs to proc).
This turns down performance now.
