This file is describes the behavoiur of the application.
The application has to have main servers i.e. one master 
and other as standby servers. These servers are intended 
to handle the client request and forwards the commands to
the Front End Servers i.e. master and slave for onward
transmission on the interfaces and receives the data from the
RTUs and send the data to main server which will in turn send 
to database server for updating the information in the database.
The client will request databases for updating the screen informations.
The server will make additional task of generating requests for the
FEP servers for requesting and updating data to the database so that
the client screen will have active datas.

The above description describes the general nature of the xscada application.
