Removed a spurious (I hope) globalize of (/)/2 in lattice transformation processing.

Changed a few atom_codes to atom_chars. This small change allows us to save csv files with unicode!

Adding a catch-all error in case reconsult doesn't succeed.
This happens very rarely, but it does happen. At least this will reduce the possibility
that someone will falsely believe the reconsult succeeded.

Fixed bug in modules when loading a module with load_dyn(c)

Made variant tabling take advantage of previously interned terms.

Fixed to use defined constants from C rather than integers.

Fix len in strncpy to be correct. (Avoids warning)

Changes to automatically abolish auxiliary predicates for not_exists/1 and load_dynca/2 is now standard. (I use it a lot.)

Minor changes for load_dynca/2 and not_exists/1.

Fixed bug in load_dyn(c) in setting module type (sim to previous bug/fix)
