Fixed overflow in get_psc_ret when N is greater than arity.
Fixed the failure in test_large_tabled_terms that it was causing
(but it caused another test there to fail. Will fix it.

New correct outputs after changes in importing and other psc flags
causes predicate_property to give newer (and hopefully more reasonable)
output for new "unknown" predicates.

robustified the behavior on windoze so XSB no longer depends on whether it is invoked with or without the drive letter.
In expand_filename, use the builtin Windows primitive _fullpath instead of the homegrown one.
Recompiled package dlls

renamed some vars, which had dangerously similar names to some other vars

Fixed abolish_table_pred, which was broken. Not sure why my fix worked, but it did.

Conditioned search_file to find non-suffixed files/directories to be done
only for imports from usermod(..).

Modified loader to search for un-suffixed files/directories only after
searching all directories for suffixed files/directories. This should
be backwards compatible (for non-aborting programs) and should fix
Flora's issues with a previous change.

Removed exports of undefined predicates.

Removed exported symbols that were not defined.
Uncovered by compiler change to flag such instances.
Also minor change to loader to allow search_module to find files
(or directories) without suffixes. (To be used for importing of data files.)
(Also a spurious different xwam file that I don't know why should differ.)

Minor bug fix in handling of table_index transformation.
Added assumption that exported symbols are predicates so useinfer flags
undefined exports.
Removed some exports of undefined predicates uncovered by previous change.
