XSB Src (SVN)-old

Stole 2 bits out of PSC for alternate semantics, and changed the name
of psc routines like set_xxx to psc_set_xxx.

Told the debugger to skip over most of the exported predicates from increval.P

Removed version numbers, since they have not been used, and are now deemed to
be overkill.

Update svn revision number.

consult changes: found another place that needed to cd for execution of
commands while loading.
loader changes: more careful handling of atom modules that need quoting.

Changes to better recognize/handle parameterized module names vs. atomic
module names, while allowing atomic module names that require quotes in XSB.

Fixed module name so that atomic modnames are never quoted.
Assumption is that atomic modnames will never have parens.

Will commit removal of debugging output when loader error soon.

Fixed one ambiguity with atomic module names.

Fixed somewhat bug in traverse_variant_trie (for find the visitors) which was not properly traversing hashed
nodes in certain cases.
