Will commit removal of debugging output when loader error soon.

Fixed one ambiguity with atomic module names.

Fixed somewhat bug in traverse_variant_trie (for find the visitors) which was not properly traversing hashed
nodes in certain cases.

Update for flag names.

Backed out use of (backed out) document_import and replaced with explicit
import from usermod(..file..).

Back out treatment of:
:- document_import p/2 from basefile.
as:
:- import p/2 from usermod(basefile).
It causes too many problems with backwards compatibility.

Fix bug in processing filenames in logfile_directory/2.

Improvement in handling of range arguments that are bound on call to a
range query. (This area hasn't been much used or tested...)

Added a missing import.

Clarified a warning message. (actually 2)
