Added the import of ground/1 from basics.

Added examples of conflicting multiple inheritance.

1. Added optimization to non-mon inheritance for the case when Object,
Method are both ground.
2. Fixed a bug in nonmon inheritance: now it checks if O is about to
inherit from C and there is a
conflicting inheritance from a superclass of O that is
incomparable to C,
If there is, then no inheritance takes place.

Added ord_add_element/3.

Changed load to flload for consistency and also to avoid possible name
conflicts.

use bootstrap_flora/0 instead of bootstrap_package/2, since this adds
version info to the package more uniformly.

Got rid of the "undefined" msg
