Defined trans_depends/affects tables as opaque -- they are internal and are abolished at the beginning of each call.

Added condition to ifdef so that GENERAL_TAGGING is not enabled for 64-bits.

Changed from disassembling to a file named "stdout" to stdout.

Changed message for disassemble as per Peter Ludemann's suggestion.

Return successfully for SQL_SUCCESS_WITH_INFO for call to execute.
(Needed to allow PRINT stmts, pointed out by Miguel.)

Added missing ;
(Interestingly, this only showed up in -mt compilation, since without -mt
a macro introduced an "extraneous" ; which masked the error.)
