XSB Src (SVN)-old

Improved handling of 0-ary predicates and modules in the compiler.
It (at least partially) fixes long-standing problems with 0-ary predicates,
and with luck won't break any programs.

Added new tasts for new charset stuff.

Changes, mostly to update for the new character_set capabilities.
(But the sem_tests are due to changes in output due to added escapes for \.)

A few re-typings and coercions to allow it to compile quietly under
(my version of) gcc.

Changes for expanded (and improved) character_set handling.

Several changes, some very minor.
Having to do with expanded character_set options.

Many changes to improve character_set handling in XSB.
Added windows cp1252, renamed ASCII to LATIN_1, and laid foundation for
character encodings to be associated with streams, rather than being global.

Fixed bug in term_size in handling 0-ary function symbols.

Restores 'C'/2 which I'd incorrectly commented out (due to compiler warning.)
