Exporting filter_varlist/4.

Added coercion to quiet MSVC compiler.

Fixed problem in using get_residual_sccs for uncondtional answers.

Commented out ensure_loaded(xsbbrat) -- the tests should also test that xsbbrat is loaded, come what may.

Fixes to ensure that various undefineds are always loaded, and
regularized how they are loaded. This fixes a problem encountered by
Flora, and some refactoring makes it easier to add new types of
undefineds.

in gpp, make it work with forward slashes in the file paths under windows.

Fixed bug (uncovered by valgrind) in pointer chasing for ISO incremental tabling.

Supporting file for test_iso_attr.P

Make sure brat is available when XSB is embedded in a process. Also
got rid of debugging statement -- no idea how it persisted so long!

Fix to a bug in ISO incremental tabling that showed up in the flora
testsuite. The bug what that I forgot to properly protect the heap
when the update occurred when we were not in tabling mode during the
update, but some table was created subsequent to update. In this case
hfreg had been set to the bottom of the heap, improperly.

Having said that, most of the diffs have to do with commented
debugging statements that I'm keeping around for now.
