Added bootstrap_flora, so that flora programs will be bootstrapable
from anywhere.

bootstrap_package: don't issue an error, if package is loaded. Fail instead.

Turns out that case folding in fnmatch (wildcard matching) is not a
portable feature. Did minimal work to have it compile.

Added "about" page.

Changed instruction names lshiftl and lshiftr to logshiftl and
logshiftr respectively. This makes them consistent with the names in
the compiler, and more importantly avoids a name clash with a function
included in dl.h under solaris 2.5.1/gcc.

Split release notes into "about" and proper release notes.

Imported flcompile/1 -- didn't help.

Tabled tc/2, removed deprecated myprint/1.

Improved warning messages, made them more consistent.

Make the makedepend stage visible
