Modifications for porting to NT
Fixed .. rectification of the bin/xsb file name.
(make_xsbpatternH): new predicate.
(run_all_demos): new predicate.
Now run flip demos and perlmatch on install.
Added write permissions to the owner of files in the instalation directory
XSB will now be run at installation time, not compile time.
ubdirectories are now recursidely copied during install
