XSB Src (SVN)-old

1. Split set_xpp_options into set_xpp_options_for_read and
set_xpp_options_for_compile.

2. Worked around windows braindamage. Replaced % with ? in include markup
(requires xsb update)

3. Replaced space with @@ between the two FLORA_GPP_MARKUP's.
This is a temporary fix until a better is found. The problem is that windows
always breaks arguments at spaces. Doesn't seem to be a way to pass one
with a space. (gpp replaces @@ back to space after).

Update on docu. for statistics/0 based on more understanding of
subsumptive tabling. may need another update before I get it right.

Main change was to provide documentation for statistics/0 which hadnt been
updated in several versions. Also updated a few .bib entries while I was in there.

fixes to enable correct line counts in prolog and c mode.

Finally fixed wttest bug -- also fixed some forgotten imports in xsb_ciao.

Added option to prevent gpp from reporting warnings when a flora program
has \n inside an atom.
Needs an update to xsb.

Added a discussion of open versus multiple bound calls to the manual.
