Finally fixed wttest bug -- also fixed some forgotten imports in xsb_ciao.

Added option to prevent gpp from reporting warnings when a flora program
has \n inside an atom.
Needs an update to xsb.

Added a discussion of open versus multiple bound calls to the manual.

some more fixes to allow gpp to report included text's lines correctly

made split_line handle the predefined escape chars correctly: \n\t, etc.

In system_xsb.c: fixed line splitting so that it would split quoted strings
correctly when spawn_process is called.

In gpp: insert blank lines in lieue of deleted macros.

added support for gpp #include without desired fault tolerance.
