XSB Src (SVN)-old

Added flTrace(File) and flTraceLow(File), which start noninteractive trace
that dumps the entire log into the named file.

Requires an update to XSB

debug_ctl/2: fixed redirection back back to tty after a previous
redirection to a file.

commented out a putenv declaration. Doesn't seem to be needs for Solaris > 2.5

Added memory check to keysort to expand heap when overflow
would have occurred. (Last week did same to sort, for forgot
this one...)

changed the compiler/coder so they'll dump newoids withot expanding flora
prefix and instead use FLORA_SYMBOL('newoid123').
This is needed to help flDump produce more readable stripped code.
(I introduced a new syntactic category, PRNEWOID, to simplify the
implementation.)
In flrutils, dump
?- flora_load_dyn(FLORA_FDB_FILENAME,FLORA_THIS_MODULE_NAME).
using the macro FLORA_FDB_FILENAME, which can be set on command line.
Also help produce better dumped code.

junk files to ignore

Fix bug in proc prototype decl.

Added new calls for opening a database, giving the entire connection
string, so as not to have to depend on the ODBC registry.
