* update of release notes (for review)

* new release name

* ifdef'd out unused function which uses localtime(). Some versions of
glibc define localtime() in sys/time.h, others in time.h, and this is
currently not detected.

Added a predicate write_canonical_lettervar/1 to write variables in
number-varred terms as A,B,C...

* solves problem of calls to get_lastnode_cs_retskel/4 from inside
findall, which weren't being inlined as they must (to avoid GC).

Fixed bug in test_heap: before always doubled space when more space is
needed; now gets what's asked for if it's greater than the doubling.

Took out a debugging printout left in by mistake.

* use jumptable emuloop by default if gcc is detected as the compiler,
unless --disable-jumptable is given

Changed printf to xsb_warning for uniformity.

Removed code haveing to do with having compiled code in with asserted
code. We disallowed that awhile ago when we separated out static and
dynamic code.
