XSB Src (SVN)-old

Took out a debugging printout left in by mistake.

* use jumptable emuloop by default if gcc is detected as the compiler,
unless --disable-jumptable is given

Changed printf to xsb_warning for uniformity.

Removed code haveing to do with having compiled code in with asserted
code. We disallowed that awhile ago when we separated out static and
dynamic code.

Added a little documentation about the memory structure and layout of
dynamic buffers.

Fixed arity bug in bagPO/4, in call to breg_retskel.
CHAT doesn't use the arity, but slgwam does.

Fixed a memory leak, in how findall returns buffers.

* introduction of a new operand type of instruction (B), to distinguish
between integer constants that should/shoudn't be tagged at
load-time.

* load-time tagging is always performed, now (not a configure option,
anymore).

Tanya: maxcursors applies to each connection, not to total as previously.

Added check for overflow in ctop_int to give an error message if
and integer is passed back to Prolog that has lost some bits.
