Initialization data made static and other small changes

Update for ODBC revision..... Needs further update since it now is a module!

Update of XSB-ODBC Interface:
Simplified basic ODBC_SQL call to take bindlist, sql query, and return result set.
Simplified bind variable passing to ODBC (more done in XSB)
Eliminated special handling of negative cursor numbers and first stmt numbers
by adding special calls for those special cases.
Changed cursor handling from a fixed array to an extensible list.
Modified bindlist handling in C to pass pointer to strings, without making a copy.
Move unification of returned strings to C side, to avoid internning atoms unnecessarily.
Changed the way types are supported (minor)

The main change here is to standard.P (Im not sure why all the .O
files are here ...) Made a critical region in writeln/1 --- just to
test out the global mutexes.

Changed initialization routine slightly, and added global mutex primitives
that should provide an easy way to control side-effects in mt engine.

Flags for MT engine; this may change, and it may be better to put this
info into xsb_configuration/2, but for now...

Small changes to installation routine, particularly to add multi-threading/
single-threading to banner.
