XSB Src (SVN)-old

The main change here is to standard.P (Im not sure why all the .O
files are here ...) Made a critical region in writeln/1 --- just to
test out the global mutexes.

Changed initialization routine slightly, and added global mutex primitives
that should provide an easy way to control side-effects in mt engine.

Flags for MT engine; this may change, and it may be better to put this
info into xsb_configuration/2, but for now...

Small changes to installation routine, particularly to add multi-threading/
single-threading to banner.

message wording fix

changes to allow flora to take the -e option.

Incorporated push/pop_stdin to improve handling of the -e option.

Added ioport2iostream/2, is_valid_ioport/1.
Added push/pop_stdin.

Changed the default for segfault handling.
Fixed bug in the debugger where it fogot to close previously open input
stream.

Last fix (hopefully) to lib and syslib
