#5 install new website

I currently have 2 xoops' sites in a previous version...
how do i install these sites and run from xsas. I also
have a very basic site that is not xoops and would love
to be able to run from the home computer also without
getting on the net.

Can i change the drive and home directory (one site is
httpdocs, and the other site is public_html)?
