#4 XSAS - can't run XOOPS

I have downloaded and unzipped XSAS as per
instructions. XSAS starts OK, but when I attempt to
start XOOPS 2, nothing appears in my Firefox browser
and a 'not found' in IE. Drive W: is there and the mass
of files.

I am using Win XP Pro. Is there a problem with the
browsers recognising localhost?

I have TCP/IP enabled.

Help!
