#3 Cannot start xoops after install of xsas

Installed xsas according to instructions and then start
xsas.exe. xsas.exe application opens and w: drive is
properly created. When I want to start xoops 2, browser
initiates search for http://localhost/xoops2. But then I
get a 404 - page not found message.

I cannot figure out what is happening and where the
problem is. While looking at the windows processes in
Task Manager, I see that apache starts right after xsas
is initiated, but then disseapears immediatly. Looks like
apache cannot execute.

Is there any guidline on what I need to check in
configuration or anywhere to troubleshoot this ?
