#2 Adding modules

Hi there! I am a theme designer and i think this app
is perfect for testing my themes before putting them up
on my server. My only problem is that i'm a little
green when it comes to installing apache/perl modules,
like imagemagick.

How does one go about installing GD2 and imagemagick.
