#1 Parse.pm confused by dotted xrefs

XRI::Parse.pm('foo.(href:xref)') sees segments:
1) foo.(http
2) :
3) xref)

It should see 'foo.(href:xref)' as a single sub-segment

Luckily this is
1) reasonably easy to fix
2) not a high priority for Planetwork

...so I'm documenting it here and may or may not fix it
soon.
