in normal enemy-territory and most mod you was able to call a different hat model if you reach level 9 - for example fieldops normally got a helmet and with level 9 he got a fieldofficercap.
it s just a line in the playermodels .skin file
i just tested a playermodels mod and discovered that with et:xreal both hats are called @ the same time - looks weird officercap+helmet ;)
