#32 xrdp-sesman error on CentOS 6.6

Hi,

On my CentOS 6.6 machine I have compiled xrdp 6.1 and setup everything as described in: https://habeebperk.wordpress.com/2012/10/28/install-xrdp-server-on-centos-6-3-x86_64/

I am able to get xrdp login window connecting from win7 RDP, with correct credentials (tried for root and other user) I get error:
xrdp_mm_process_login_response: login failed

From /var/log/xrdp-sesman.log:
[20141204-16:53:43] [INFO ] scp thread on sck 7 started successfully
[20141204-16:53:43] [ERROR] Cannot read group info! - login denied
[20141204-17:13:13] [INFO ] scp thread on sck 7 started successfully
[20141204-17:13:14] [ERROR] Cannot read group info! - login denied

I have read and tried many different fixes available on the net, but no luck. Any help?
