#17 spanish keymap does not work

I have generated the keymap file for my spanish keyboard and put it named km-040a.ini in the /etc/xrdp/directory. Nevertheless, it does not work I still get just spanish basque variante as an option. I tried this in an ubuntu 11.04 box and in 2 10.04 boxes. In the first case, it comes with release 0.0.0 by default. In the case of 10.04, I compiles the 0.5.0 from available spurces according to documentation. I do not know what else to do. Please give me just a hint.
